Welcome to My Artist Type. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the myartisttype.com website (the "Site") and all related services, including the My Artist Type Quiz and Deep Dive reports (collectively, the "Services"), operated by My Artist Type ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

3. The My Artist Type Quiz

The My Artist Type Quiz is a personality-style assessment designed for creative individuals. It is intended for entertainment and self-discovery purposes.

No Professional Advice: Quiz results and Deep Dive reports do not constitute psychological, medical, career, or professional advice. They are creative personality assessments based on a proprietary framework developed by Adam Watts.
Accuracy: While we strive for meaningful and accurate results, individual experiences may vary. Results are based on your self-reported answers and the analytical framework used.
Changes: We reserve the right to modify quiz questions, scoring algorithms, and the Artist Type framework at any time.

4. Purchases and Payments

Deep Dive Reports

Deep Dive reports are premium digital content available for purchase.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details.
Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and are charged in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.

Refund Policy

Because Deep Dive reports are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchased report, please contact us at info@myartisttype.com and we will work to resolve the issue.
We reserve the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to My Artist Type and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to:

The My Artist Type Quiz questions and scoring framework.
Artist Type names, descriptions, and associated content.
Deep Dive report content and templates.
Site design, graphics, logos, and branding.
All text, images, and other materials.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any of our content without our prior written permission.

Your Content

By submitting quiz responses, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your anonymized and aggregated response data for research, analytics, and improvement of our Services. We will not publicly associate your individual responses with your identity.

6. Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree not to:

Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
That the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
That quiz results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Artist Type and its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) our Services, including but not limited to:

Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Reliance on quiz results or report content.
Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Artist Type, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.
